Sunday Superfood Smoothie

I LOVE taking care of myself, and that means daily yoga, mediation, being well rested AND enjoying good food!! I made this super delicious super food smoothie one Sunday and I wanted to share it with you.

Sunday Superfood Smoothie

1 Banana 🍌
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Tsp Gelatinized Maca
1 Tsp Ashwaganda
1 Tbsp Cacao Nibs
2 C Pistachio Milk (or milk of choice)**
1 Scoop Aloha Vegan Protein (optional)
Drizzle of Maple Syrup
Handful of ice

Blend and top with more Nibs! #YUM

If you don’t have all the ingredients, don’t sweat it. Improvise, or leave them out. I found my ashwaganda at iherb, google them, you might find some good deals on what you already buy elsewhere. (PS: I am not affiliated with iherb, so I don’t make any money if you buy something from them 😊
** Pistachio Milk Recipe – soak 1 C pistachios in water overnight, rinse and drain; blend with 4 C filtered water on Vitamix or equivalent, add dash of cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1/2 tsp vanilla, maple syrup and/or honey to sweeten
